Art Déco par Haviland is a collection that pays tribute to one of the greatest international artistic movements. Consisting of white fans, sculpted by a pattern in relief and enhanced with golden lines, this ornament becomes a symbol of this art of paradoxes. The touches of black reveal the geometric shapes, displaying contrasts with shades of grey lost in a white background. We ship free all over Cyprus by courier service withing 3 working days. Please note, we do not provide international shipping.
All orders are fulfilled by our warehouse within one or two business days from the date of your order confirmation. Our business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Cyprus public holidays. All orders received before 12 p.m. (Cyprus Time) will be processed the same day; any orders placed after 12 p.m. (Cyprus time) will be processed on the following business day. Please allow additional processing time for orders placed during sale promotions and on or around Cyprus public holidays.
The 3F GROUP web-site promises to do its best to make sure the client’s order is delivered on time and without any damage. Nevertheless, due to some times of peak demand (Easter, Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Force Majeure, etc.) shipping may take longer than expected. Clients usually receive orders in Cyprus between 3-5 days. If more than 7 days have passed, the customer should email at firstname.lastname@example.org so that the shop may review the status of the order and resolve it.
If there is any damage to the items that you ordered, you must contact us within 5 days from the delivery date.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us via email email@example.com and your personal manager will contact you for further instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
